A double malt beer of golden colour with amber reflections. The long fermentation and maturation at low temperatures allow to obtain a slow organoleptic refinement which gives a high olfactory intensity and a complex and fruity taste with notes of apple, vanilla and almond. A floral hint of hops emerges in the aftertaste.
