Erbalatte is the first milk to be produced in a certified symbiotic agriculture. This is a UHT whole milk, the ultra-heat-treatment pasteurises it and prolongs its shelf life to several months. The producer created this milk thinking about sustainability and setting the bar high on nutritional values and organoleptic properties. The cows used to produce this milk are fed only the best crop from their symbiotic farm, resulting in a milk that tastes incredibly fresh and tasty.
