Pastificio Morelli is a unique pasta manufacturer from Tuscany. Drawing on 150 years of experience, the family-run business maintains the grain germ, cuts and hangs the pasta by hand, then air-dries each shape over 36 hours.

Penne (Italian for “quills”) is one of the most famous and popular pasta shapes. Straight tubes with a diagonal cut, they are perfect for any pasta sauce!
