Morelli Bucatini with Semola (500g)


Pastificio Morelli is a unique pasta manufacturer from Tuscany. Drawing on 150 years of experience, the family-run business maintains the grain germ, cuts and hangs the pasta by hand, then air-dries each shape over 36 hours.

Bucatini is a thick spaghetti-like pasta with a hole running through the centre and are common throughout Lazio, particularly Rome. Delicious with Amatriciana sauce made from tomatoes, onions and pancetta. Bucatini is made with durum wheat semola – semolina that is twice milled for a finer texture.
