1. In a saucepan, gently reheat the "Ragu" sauce with a pinch of Love…
2.Meanwhile, bring a large pan of salted water to the boil
3.Once boiling, cook the tagliatelle for... ask your Nonna… let say 4 minutes!
4. Drain the tagliatelle using the Scolapasta… Google it!
5. Toss the pasta in the sauce while you shake your body
6.OFF the heat, add the Reggiano & butter… with the remaining Love... carry on shaking your body
7.Serve it in a pasta bowl…. …nicely - twist your wrist ….grate more Reggiano on top, from the Top!
