1. In a saucepan, gently reheat the "Tocco" sauce with a pinch of Love…
2. Meanwhile, bring a large pan of salted water to the boil
3. Once boiling, cook the "beauties" until your heart thinks they are ready… …let say 4 minutes!
4. Drain the ravioli and add it to the "Tocco", lower the flame…
5. Add the Reggiano with the last pinch of Love and toss it with Passion...
6. Drizzle over the Extra-Ordinary Virgin Olive Oil
7. Serve it on your favourite plate, quickly take a picture….….and enjoy your journey of Italian flavour !!!
