The story of Caseificio Gennari began in 1953 with Maria and Sergio Gennari making just three wheels of parmgianno per day at the Villa Paveri dairy. Fast forward 60 years and with the help of both their children and grandchildren, Caseificio Gennari is a highly successful family concern.


From cultivating the fields, to looking after the animals, production to ageing and finally retail, Caseificio Gennari is now known the world over for their quality and commitment to their product.
