How to do it:
In a sauce pan, gently reheat the "Ragu" sauce with a pinch of Love…
Meanwhile, bring a large pan of salted water to boil
Once boiling, cook the tagliatelle for….ask your Nonna …let say 4 minutes!
Drain the tagliatelle using the Scolapasta….Google it!
Toss the pasta in the sauce while you shake your body
OFF the heat, add the Reggiano & butter… …with the remaining Love ...carry on shaking your body
Serve it on pasta bowl…. …nicely, twist your wirst ….grate more Reggiano on top, from the Top!
