Extra-Ordinary INGREDIENTS:

Potatoes Gnocchi: 500g of fluffyness

Homemade (…with Love) Pesto: 150g

Care: just enough...

Extra Virgin Olive Oil: A drizzle

Basil leaves: It needs a garnish!  ….but if you don't have it, don’t worry…Buy it!

How to do it:

Bring a large pan of salted water to boil…

With a bit of Care, add the Gnocchi, they will float like clouds….

When they up, turn the flame down!

Simmer for 1 minute….

Drain it and OFF THE HEAT add the Pesto …che odore fantastico! I know…..

Ensure is OFF THE HEAT… you don’t want upset the Genoese!

Drizzle with EOrdinaryVO Oil 

Serve it on a plate…

…smell the basil leaves first, then add it on top!
